European Border Breakers Awards
Seminar goers - Seminar goers have free entrance to the awards show. Come & celebrate! EuroSonic Noorderslag Seminar goers are welcome to attend the European Border Breakers Award Show in Oosterpoort Theatre on Thursday 15 January, 20.30hrs featuring the Jools Holland Blues Orchestra and live performances by EBBA 2009 winners Cinema Bizarre, Kraak & Smaak, Ida Corr, Lykke Li and special guests/former winners such as Gabriel Rios. Doors open at 19.30h and entrance is free with your seminar wristband and badge.
General public - Entrance tickets for the general public can be obtained through the sales channels of Ticketservice (Ticketservice www.ticketservice.nl, postoffices, 0900-300 1250 (€ 0,45 p/m), VVV's, GWK's, Plato and De Oosterpoort boxoffice) Be quick as there’s limited capacity! The price is € 15,- (excl. service costs). Attention: this ticket is only valid for the European Border Breakers Awards show (and NOT for the EuroSonic Noorderslag festival)

Priority for professionals on EuroSonic
EuroSonic is a showcase festival. Acts from all over Europe come to Groningen to get noticed by more than 2.400 professionals. It's the professionals who will help the acts to further their careers and that's why the professionals always have priority over normal visitors when entering the different venues. Keep this in mind!
EuroSonic Ticket Exchange Grote Markt
It is important to report to the EuroSonic Ticket Exchange at the Grote Markt before going to the first venue of your choice. When you hand in your ticket you'll get the only valid entry ticket: your wristband. Don't go to the venue first, you will not get in! On Thursday 15th and Friday 16th the cash registers will be open from 16.00 hours. Be there early if you want to avoid to be late at the first performance you want to see. Rule for all venues: you can't get in when they are full! It's not allowed to bring in any recording equipment like photo or video camera's, alcohol, drugs, glassware, cans or plastic bottles.
