Groningen too is into hardcore rap. Vice Verzen is not really all about Vice Verses, but he is all about the combination of the electronics of Noisia-producer Martijn van Sonderen and the street raps of Frank Nuus plus Ferry Heeren and the disk jockeying of Floris Jonker. Rapping, graffiti, break-dance; for years these guys have been true hiphoppers and now they combine their powers. That’s why Vice Verzen doesn’t sound like a starting rap group, but like a smooth running machine where the huge flow makes everything enormously dynamic. Right now the group is finishing their album ‘Kilometervreters’.
