The Dutch music channel TMF has a keen sense for talent. With the help of the Kweekvijver (hotbed) the channel is constantly capable of finding cool, new bands. Last year the popunks from Jeremy’s emerged, and now it’s time for theFringe, a band that is impossible to categorize. The quartet blends drum & bass with hiphop and pop, resulting in an eccentric, avant-garde sound where you can also hear some electro influences. Two rappers, two producers and a good dose of humor make sure that theFringe will soon take over the Dutch clubs.
