It takes some guts as an Irish band to name your group after a Mexican beer brand. Is that why they are so popular in their homeland? The national press described their debut as a mixture between Jeff Buckley and The Libertines. The enjoyable indierock by The Coronas is no music to be deep and down about. Life is a party and The Coronas are a perfect stage act. But don’t get the idea that their songs are only about beer and drinking. No, they might just as well be about a bottle of vodka. Cheers mate!
