Joshua from Belgium has such a distinctive and unique sound that they had to come up with a new term to describe it: 'streetpop'. Their music is characterized by its optimistic sound and intense energy, while it's inspired by city like timbre. In the meantime debut album Music & Chocolates is being praised by the Flemish press. This foursome also stands its ground as a live band. They won the Belgian prize 'Octaaf van de Muziek' (Octave of the Music) in the category 'best concert'. Their second album Animals Will Save The World has just been released and will certainly help to make the thrilling and sexy dance music of Joshua get popular beyond Belgium.
