After being tipped for a while, Headphone is finally playing EuroSonic. This band from Ghent indeed creates music that must be experienced by headphones. No background tunes, but songs that crawl under your skin and will not let you go. In their home country they are being compared with Radiohead (pre-Kid A, luckily) because of the hypnotizing voice of Ian Marien. Together with his band mates he takes you to a dream world from which is it is hard to escape. Because once you are on that wonderful planet of Headphone, you just do not want to wake up anymore.
