The relationship between Hamburg and Groningen goes way back. Both cities have a lot to offer each other in terms of culture, media and creative economy. State Secretary of Culture, Media and Sports for the city-state of Hamburg, Reinhard Stuth and Groningen Councilman of Economic Affairs, International Business and Culture, Jaap Dijkstra will sing a Letter of Intent during EuroSonic Noorderslag in which the cooperation between both cities will be determined.
